By accessing or purchasing the Stick & Stone ED Natural Recovery Program ("Program"), you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer.

Vava Care Private Limited in association with DustByn ("we", "us", or "our") operates this Program. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement under the applicable laws of India.

Stick & Stone is a wellness brand under Vava Care Private Limited, focused on men's natural health recovery through evidence-informed lifestyle change. DustByn is an associated digital ventures brand lent for credibility, technology, and operational support.

The Program is a 90-day natural wellness protocol designed to support men's sexual health through lifestyle modification. It includes:

• Pelvic floor exercise protocols
• Dietary guidance and nutrition recommendations
• Supplement timing and stack recommendations
• Blood test protocol and interpretation guidance
• Sleep, stress management, and mindset modules
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) consultation with an ED Consultant
• Periodic progress tracking and assessment tools

The Program is delivered digitally via documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and WhatsApp-based coaching communication.

You must be at least 18 years of age to enrol. By accepting these Terms, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

The Program does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is a wellness and lifestyle education program.

6.1 Program Fee — The Program fee is not fixed. It is assessed individually based on your specific health concern, the severity of your condition, and the treatment pathway recommended following your Root Cause Analysis (RCA) consultation with our ED Consultant. The applicable fee will be communicated clearly before any payment is required.

6.2 Payment Processing — Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking information.

6.3 Refund Policy — The Program fee is refundable subject to the specific refund terms communicated at the time of enrollment.

As a Client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate health information during the intake assessment.
• Attend the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) consultation before beginning the protocol.
• Consult a doctor for any medical concerns before beginning.
• Follow the Program in good faith and with genuine effort.
• Not share, resell, reproduce, or distribute Program materials without prior written consent.
• Use the Program for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

All content, materials, and protocols are the exclusive intellectual property of Vava Care Private Limited and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957. The Stick & Stone brand name and all associated branding are proprietary. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only.

Any health data, blood test results, or lifestyle information you share will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, except as required by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vava Care Private Limited, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Program.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our landing page. Continued use of the Program constitutes acceptance.

We may terminate or suspend your access without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse Program materials.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, failing which they shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
